Easy to use it is a perfect duplex which to me has always been a problem of sense impression! Silent, I only use it occasionally, so its price is well in connection with my use. I like the simple machines that are robust and NOT EXPENSIVE! like everything in the world. Previously I had a printer x3 of another brand who no longer worked properly after 8 years of intensive use. I do not regret the model of this brand. Very good printer, the canon, as usual, is excellent, especially with photo paper of the brand. I recommend, especially at this price, in addition, a very short time of delivery and package in perfect. state. Good printer. The 1st one delivered had an electrical fault and broke down in the day. HP I replaced it in a few days without any worries (Bravo to the SAV HP!). Easy setup, nice interface. A defect, however : there is no "expert" mode allowing to finely configure the printing or scanning, (or so I have not found how to do it). Cartridges are a little expensive but with the advantage of having the print head built in (so it was heads new every time you change your cartridge! More of a problem of clogged nozzles on the long-term). More than the price incredibly high of these ink cartridges is their ability ridiculous that annoys : it is not economic (except to the manufacturer, who makes his butter with consumables rather than with the device), or ecological. What a heap of waste for a single cartridge of a few milliliters! It should be noted, however, that the product is of good quality and that it is best to avoid brands other than the original one.
